$1 garland decorated with a few of our favorite things.
Baking for me, especially at christmas time;Rosettes. Oh and Ice Cream. Vintage Mello Yello for the hubby.
Christmas houses handed down from my mother. Great memories of these set-up so pretty each year. Mom always put work into having these lovely houses displayed. Now it's my turn. Heidi is having a hard time understanding why she can't play with the houses and little people's.
More $1 garland found and put nicely on my chandelier.
Found some very pretty christmas glasses for the adults and then a few cute one's for the kids. We can enjoy our wine (not this year for me though. bummer.) and the kids can have thier sparkling grape juice in thier little christmas glasses. Thrift store find on the glasses for a total of $4 for 9 glasses. I can't say enough how I love thrifting. Epecially this time of year with the holiday's and new baby coming in January. Today I even found some baby boy 'work' boot shoe's for .50 cents! They are practically brand new! I know the hubby is loving my thrifting more because it saves money, but I am also getting more creative with things. Damn Pinterest.
I let the kids play with my houses and people. They play with them once and then leave them alone the rest of season.
